How to fix on iPhone / iPad

Open the Settings app on your device
Tap Privacy & Security
Tap Location Services and make sure the toggle is on
Scroll down and tap Safari Websites
Set location access to "While Using" or "Ask Next Time"
Come back here and tap Locate me again

How to fix on Android

Tap the lock icon or site info in your browser's address bar
Tap Permissions (or Site settings)
Find Location and set it to Allow
If that does not work, open your device Settings > Location and make sure location is turned on
Come back here and tap Locate me again

How to fix in Safari on Mac
